Model "C" Clear-View Specifications

Door Body:

The Door Body shall be manufactured of a one (1) piece clear PVC base material thickness .250" with a 40 oz. reinforced vinyl balloon hem at the jambs and vinyl reinforcing at the center leading edges. The panels, hems, and support arm pockets shall be bonded then double stitched at all seam areas for extra strength. Door panels shall overlap at the center. Type (1) impact plates are supplied as standard on all models and are high impact, scuff, dent, and gouge resistant, 1/8" thick x 48"H "Superlon" through riveted on both sides. Available for freezer applications (Please Specify).

Hinge Hardware:

The Hinge Hardware shall consist of a jamb mounted 5/8" diameter galvanized solid steel rod attached to the upper section of the jamb only by means of a high strength cast aluminum alloy bracket fitted with an anti-friction and needle thrust bearing and attached to the panel by means of a support pocket in the upper portion of the door body.
