KEMLITE GLASBORD® WALL & CEILING SYSTEMS
Kemlite Glasbord® panels and Sani-Grid® ceiling systems meet CFIA design requirements, available in standard and Factory Mutual Compliant grades. These systems are moisture resistant and easy to keep clean. Sani-Grid® ceilings do not corrode, rust, or delaminate and prevent overhead contamination. INSULATED PANELS FOR COOLERS & FREEZERS
Sound Barriers provides insulated panels from 1" to 10" in thickness. Panels can be used in both interior and exterior applications. The insulated core is available in expanded polystyrene (EPS), urethane, or Roxul® insulation. Skins for the panels include white baked enamel, galvanized steel, or steel with laminated Kemlite Glasbord® . These panels are used as stand alone freezers or coolers, walk-on ceilings, partition walls, and exterior walls.
Sound Barriers can also install the concrete curbs required for larger installations.

CURBS, COVES, AND FLOOR FINISHES
Concrete curbs and coves are required under CFIA Plant Construction Guidelines. Curbs protect your walls from damage, and coves provide a cleanable floor to wall junction.
Epoxy and polyurethane finishes can be applied to floors, curbs, and coves to provide wear resistance and a non-slip surface.

FINISH PRODUCTS
Sound Barriers provides vandal resistant solid plastic washroom partitions, privacy screens, and vanities that are easy to maintain and rust proof. These products stand up to extremely high traffic conditions such as ice arenas and community centres.
Solid plastic lockers do not dent, rust, or corrode and will stand up to harsh cleaners used in public facilities. Lockers are available in any number of banks and tiers to fit the configuration that you require. Various locking options are available.
Agriculture Canada Approved food cutting boards are available in 1/2", 3/4" & 1" thickness, with sheet sizes of 4ft. x 10ft., and 4ft. x 8ft. Cutting boards can be cut to your required size for quick installation.
